Not all green mango are sour

My mother’s fave fruit during her stay in Thailand is this green mango: it’s crunchy, sweet and according to her it tastes like guava:) it taste more appealing when paired with this caramelized sauce with dried shrimps, shrimp paste and chili …hmmmm..can make you drool by just looking at this:)
